7-9 YEAR-OLD YOUTH
CLASS ADDED TO SPRING JR. RACE
Due to interest from the 6 to 7 year-old contingent, the NHRA
Youth Class of Jr. Dragsters has been added to the 3rd Annual
Southeastern Jr. Dragster Nationals at The Rock, March 18-20.
The Youth class will compete for trophies to the winner
and to the runner-up on each day.
The event will offer $1,500 to win per day in Bracket One (ages
12-17), $500 to win in Bracket Two (ages 8 to 11) and $500 to win in
Pro Dragster, the 7.90 Index class.
Outlaw 330 will compete on Saturday only, with
100% of entry fees paid to the finalists.

ROY HILL DRAG RACING SCHOOL SCHEDULED AFTER
JR DRAGSTER MARCH RACE
The Roy Hill Drag Racing School will hold a special session for Jr.
Dragsters on Monday following the 3rd Annual Jr. Dragster Spring
Nationals at Rockingham Dragway, March 18-20.
Instructor Roy Hill and his staff will focus on safety, a thorough
review of equipment, how to overcome intimidation and how improve
skills as confidence increases. Unlimited runs are guaranteed.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, March 22 and 23, the school will focus on
the big cars and is open to any vehicle with an emphasis on the COPO
Camaro, Hellcats, and Cobra Jet Mustangs, led by the record setting
Carl Tasco of Tasco Racing fame.
