NITROFEST KICKS OFF NHRA RACE WEEKEND IN ROCKINGHAM! The roar of NHRA's Countdown to the Championship is coming to North Carolina, and Rockingham will be rocking with music, fast cars and more next weekend! It all starts on Thursday, September 24 with the first annual NitroFest - which is free to attend! More than 30 drivers are already confirmed to attend - including names like Ron Capps, Maddi Gordon, Jordan Vandergriff, JR Todd, Justin Ashley, Tony Schumacher, Shawn Langdon, Greg Anderson, Dallas Glenn, Matt Smith, Angie Smith and more! In addition to the drivers onsite to sign autographs and meet fans (6:30 to 7:15 PM) NitroFest attendees will be treated to a musical performance by The Lacs from 7:45 to 9:00 PM! The event will feature a beer garden plus food trucks, kids zone, a drag racing tree competition and more.
